ジュリーの妹マリオンがモントリオールに来ていて昨日、モントリール郊外車で約1時間のＨｕｄｓｏｎという小さな村に一日ドライブに連れて行ってもらいました！
Kiriko-chan's sisiter ma-chan are visiting Motnreal and they took me to Hudson ( cute small town ) the region became known for its large English farming community in the early part of the 19th century.

Ｈuｄｓｏｎは ケベックで唯一の英語圏の村だそう。
日中はまだまだ夏日の抜けるような青空の下ドライブはとても気持ちよかった～。
Ｖｉｓａの関係で国外にでれない私。。ある日気づいた”モントリオールにはビーチがない！” そう気づいた途端に息苦しさを感じて、今年の夏は砂浜を見ることができないんだわ・・・と落胆していた私・・思いがけずこのＨｕｄｓｏｎには泳いではいけないけどビーチがあり、さらさらの砂浜に行くことができました。
海ではなく川から流れてくる海水の混じった大きな湖で、瀬戸内海で育った私はその小ささも気にならず、潮の香りを楽しむことができてよかった～生き返った感じがした。
Sometime before, I realized there aren't ANY beach in Montreal and suddenly I felt so confining.
Ｅxtemporaneity we found a small beach in a town and I was just so so happy and felt SO free.
Enjoying under the sun(still hot!) and beautiful blue sky. It was a just perfect day for one day trip and get out from the city!
It was a tiny but I could feel salty scent(it's a lake from the river from the sea). I felt like seto inland sea.

Had lunch at Auberge by the water.
それから散策
Took a walk.. so good!
そして超北米的な場所でコーヒーを飲み
had such a North American style coffee.
家路につきました。
日中は真夏日とはいえ、朝晩は結構寒くなるので もう紅葉が始まっていました。
紅葉は美しいけどちょっと淋しい。
でも紅葉も見れて ちょっと得した気分でした。
